Common use of Declaration of Origin or Certificate of Origin Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Origin or Certificate of Origin. 1. A claim that a good should be treated as originating and accepted as eligible for a preferential tariff shall be supported by a Declaration of Origin completed by the exporter or producer as outlined in the Annex on Operational Certification Procedures3. 2.
