DECLARATION OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION. a) The Declaration of Substantial Completion must be signed by an authorized official as deemed acceptable by the Province. b) The Declaration of Substantial Completion must be submitted to the Province when the Project can be used for the purpose for which it was intended but no later than June 30, 2019.
