Common use of Declared Company Clause in Contracts

Declared Company. A Borrower is declared by the Minister for Finance in Singapore to be a “declared company” under the provisions of Part IX of the Companies Act, Chapter 50 of Singapore and such declaration remains in full force and effect for a period of more than sixty (60) days.
