DBS BANK LTD as agent of the other Finance Parties under and as defined in the Facilities Agreement (defined below) (the Agent).
DBS BANK LTD as security trustee for the Secured Parties (the “Security Trustee”).
DBS BANK LTD as agent of the other Finance Parties (the “Agent”), and is supplemental to a S$5,100,000,000 facility agreement dated 25 June 2012 (as amended by an Amendment Agreement dated 20 November 2013 made between the Borrower and the Agent) (the “Original Facility Agreement”) made between (a) the Borrower, as borrower, (b) the financial institutions and others listed in Part I of Schedule 1 thereto, as mandated lead arrangers, (c) DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, United Overseas Bank Limited and Malayan Banking Berhad, Singapore Branch, as global coordinators, (d) the financial institutions and others listed in Part II and Part III of Schedule 1 thereto (the “Lenders”), as original lenders, (e) the Agent, as agent and (f) DBS Bank Ltd. (the “Security Trustee”), as security trustee.
