Decommissioned Equipment. GENERICO will not de-commission, modify, move or fail to maintain any equipment or systems or revise approved regulatory processes related to systems and equipment in the Melrose Park Facility that is operational as of the Effective Date such that the equipment or system would require re-validation in accordance with FDA regulatory requirements. For the avoidance of doubt, in no event will GENERICO have any obligation to re-validate any equipment or system that is decommissioned as of the Effective Date.
