Common use of Decoration Clause in Contracts

Decoration. The Lessee’s decoration of the Object leased must comply with the provisions of the XXXX.XXX Internet Plaza Office Building Decoration Manual (subject to the name of the agreement finalized) formulated and modified from time to time by the property management company designated by the Lessor. The Lessee shall make sure the decoration and partition of the Object conform to firefighting, security, building or other relevant provisions. According to the drawings and specifications previously submitted to and approved by the Lessor and the property management company designated by the Lessor in writing, the Lessee shall decorate the interior of the Object at its own expenses. The interior decoration performed by the Lessee shall be in a good and workmanlike manner and conform to the style of first-class office buildings. The Lessee shall maintain the decoration in the same status during the entire Tenancy Term, except normal wear and tear. Without the prior written approval of the Lessor and the property management company designated by the Lessor, the Lessee must not, by itself or allow to, make any alteration to the approved decoration drawings and specifications as well as the interior design and layout of the Object. For the avoidance of doubt, the Lessor and the Lessee hereby declare that:
