Common use of Dedicated Access Service Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $3,800 to $10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for OC-3, DS-3 and OC-3 (STM1) Access Service at 3 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $3,800 100 to $10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 3,500 for OC-3, DS-3 and OC-3 (STM1) DS-1 Dedicated Access Service at 3 668 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $3,800 1,280 to $10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 2,700 for OC-3DS-3, DS-3 Type 3 and OC-3 (STM1) Access Service at 3 CLLI codes 6 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $3,800 150 to $10,821 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 4,000 for OC-3, DS-3 and OC-3 (STM1) Type 1 DS-3 Access Service at 3 18 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. The $150 rate is applicable to DS-3 Cross-Connect circuits only.

Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $3,800 114 to $10,821 190 for DS-1 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for OC-3, DS-3 and OC-3 (STM1) Type 1 DS-1 Dedicated Access Service at 3 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the CompanyServices based on service type.
