Dedicated Space. 6.1.1 Types of Available Physical Collocation Arrangements SBC-13STATE will make each of the arrangements outlined below available within its Eligible Structures in accordance with this Appendix so that Collocator will have a variety of collocation options from which to choose:

Dedicated Space. Porex shall reserve the space identified in Exhibit E (the “Cerus Dedicated Space”) solely for the manufacture and production of the Products under this Supply Agreement. No other activities other than those agreed upon in advance in writing by Xxxxx may be performed in the Cerus Dedicated Space. Cerus shall have unrestricted access, subject to providing reasonable advance notice to Porex, to the Cerus Dedicated Space during the Term of this Supply Agreement to ensure that the products are being manufactured and produced in compliance with the terms of this Supply Agreement and the terms of the Quality Agreement (as hereinafter defined). In the event that Porex is unable to produce the quantity of Product set forth in a Purchase Order(s) due to regulatory or compliance issues, or facility driven production downtime, [ * ]. For illustrative purposes only, if Cerus delivers a Purchase Order for a total of [ * ] units during a Purchase Order Period, but Porex is only able to produce and ship [ * ] units due to facilities closures in that year, Cerus shall [ * ] for 2017. Any [ * ] pursuant to this Section 2.2 shall be issued in the same manner as [ * ].
Dedicated Space. 6.1.1 Types of Available Physical Collocation Arrangements SBC-13STATE will make each of the arrangements outlined below available within its Eligible Structures in accordance with this Appendix so that Collocator will have a variety of collocation options from which to choose:
6.1.1.1 Caged Physical Collocation - The Caged Collocation option provides the Collocator with an individual enclosure (not including a top). This enclosure is an area designated by SBC-13STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Collocator-provided equipment.
6.1.1.1.1 SBC-13STATE will provide floor space, floor space site conditioning, cage common systems materials, cage preparation, and safety and security charges in increments of one (1) square foot. For this reason, Collocator will be able to order space and a cage enclosure in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay of equipment, (i.e., 50 square feet of cage space for a single bay) and will ensure that the first collocator in a SBC- 13STATE premises will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation and security. Rates and charges are as found in Section 20 following.
6.1.1.1.2 When Collocator constructs its own cage and related equipment, the Collocator will not be subject to the Cage Preparation Charges as set forth in Section 20 following.
6.1.1.1.3 The Collocator must comply with all methods, procedures and guidelines followed by SBC-13STATE in constructing such an arrangement. The Collocator may provide a cage enclosure (which shall not include a top), cable rack and support structure inside the cage, lighting, receptacles, cage grounding, cage sign and door key set. In addition, terms and conditions for contractors performing cage construction activities as set forth in Section 16 following will apply. If the Collocator elects to install or requests that SBC-13STATE provide and install a point of termination (POT) frame in the dedicated collocation area rather than inside its cage, the floor space rate for Cageless Collocation found in Section 21.3 following applies.
6.1.1.2 Caged Shared Collocation - SBC-13STATE will provide Caged Shared Collocation as set forth in Section 7 following, "Use by Other Local Service Providers." Dedicated Space. Premises provided by the Landlord for the exclusive use by the Tenant are listed and clarified from time to time through the Agents in Schedule A to this agreement, initially including the Chapel, Xxxx 000, Xxxx 000, and storage spaces specified in Schedule A. Premises used by both Landlord and Tenant on a regular scheduled basis are listed and clarified from time to time through the Agents in Schedule B to this agreement, initially including Church Street entrance, Cloister Walk, Courtyard, Room 102, Kitchen, and Fellowship Hall. The Tenant is expected to leave all shared space clean and in the configuration (set-up) as it was found. Premises of the Landlord, including the Sanctuary, may be licensed for occasional use within the policy and practices of the Landlord. The Landlord shall establish rates for room use, using the Landlord's Single Occasion Room Reservation Request form. The Tenant will receive a copy of the completed and signed form. Space use requested through the office staff of the Tenant, and approved by the Agent of the Landlord, shall be paid by the Tenant upon invoice from the Landlord. Space use not requested through the office staff of the Tenant, by any individual or group, will remain outside the terms of this agreement, regardless of incidental relationships to either or both of the Landlord and the Tenant.
Dedicated Space. Supplier will provide dedicated office space in its headquarters facility for Sun personnel to work when they are visiting Supplier. Sun personnel will follow Supplier's rules, security requirements and instructions provided to such personnel when working on Supplier's premises. The Sun personnel assigned to work at Supplier's facility will be required to execute confidentiality agreements prior to the commencement of such work. Details of the dedicated space are set out in Exhibit D.
Dedicated Space. The Tenant may make leasehold improvements at its own expense, with prior consultation and approval from the Landlord in each case. Fixtures: The Landlord may share the expense of some changes of fixtures, such as organ console or courtyard screen doors.
Dedicated Space. This membership includes Shared Space privileges, and also allows our members to reserve a specific desk or office that it would have sole access to on a monthly basis. If you have reserved an office, you acknowledge that it has a limited capacity. Whether or not you have paid for additional memberships, no more than the capacity is permitted in the office at any given time. The location and capacity of your desk or office is listed on Your Invoice.
