Caged Physical Collocation. The Caged Collocation option provides the Collocator with an individual enclosure (not including a top). This enclosure is an area designated by SBC-13STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Collocator-provided equipment. 6.1.1.1.1 SBC-13STATE will provide floor space, floor space site conditioning, cage common systems materials, cage preparation, and safety and security charges in increments of one (1) square foot. For this reason, Collocator will be able to order space and a cage enclosure in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay of equipment, (i.e., 50 square feet of cage space for a single bay) and will ensure that the first collocator in a SBC- 13STATE premises will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation and security. Rates and charges are as found in Section 20 following. 6.1.1.1.2 When Collocator constructs its own cage and related equipment, the Collocator will not be subject to the Cage Preparation Charges as set forth in Section 20 following. 6.1.1.1.3 The Collocator must comply with all methods, procedures and guidelines followed by SBC-13STATE in constructing such an arrangement. The Collocator may provide a cage enclosure (which shall not include a top), cable rack and support structure inside the cage, lighting, receptacles, cage grounding, cage sign and door key set. In addition, terms and conditions for contractors performing cage construction activities as set forth in Section 16 following will apply. If the Collocator elects to install or requests that SBC- 13STATE provide and install a point of termination (POT) frame in the dedicated collocation area rather than inside its cage, the floor space rate for Cageless Collocation found in Section 21.3 following applies.

Accordingly, AT&T-13STATE will not provide Collocator’s personnel or agents with direct access to AT&T-13STATE’s Main Distribution Frame (MDF), with the exception of the AT&T-13STATE’s Approved Vendor.

Caged Physical Collocation. Caged Collocation option provides the Physical Collocator with an individual enclosure (not including a top). This enclosure is an area designated by AT&T-21STATE within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Physical Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Physical Collocator-provided equipment for the purpose of Interconnection under Section 251(c)(2) and access to 251(c)(3) UNEs. Accordingly, AT&T-21STATE will not provide the Physical Collocator with direct access to AT&T-21STATE’s MDF, with the exception of the AT&T-21STATE’s AIS Tier 1.

Caged Physical Collocation. 4.1.1.1 In the AM-IN’s, Collocator may apply for Caged Physical Collocation in initial and subsequent increments of fifty (50) square feet. Space totaling less than fifty (50) square feet will be provided where technically feasible. The caged serving arrangement is an area designated by AM-IN within an Eligible Structure to be used by a Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating Collocator provided equipment. AM-IN will provide floor space, floor space conditioning, cage common systems and safety and security on a per square foot basis. AM-IN will prorate the charge for site conditioning and preparation undertaken to construct or condition the Physical Collocation Space so the first Collocator in an AM-IN Eligible Structure will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation. 4.1.1.2 The Collocator must use a contractor/vendor to perform the necessary preparation activities within the Collocator’s Physical Collocation Space including the construction of the cage and any physical security arrangements, if applicable; provided, however, any such contractor/vendor shall be subject to the prior written approval of AM-IN, such Physical Collocation Space preparation activities shall be in accordance with all approved plans and specifications and coordinated with AM-IN, and the Collocator shall be solely responsible for all charges of any such contractor/vendor. The Collocator must provide a cage enclosure (not including a top), cable rack and support structure inside the cage, lighting, receptacles, cage grounding, cage sign and door key set.

Caged Physical Collocation. 5.3.2.1 Caged Collocation option provides the Physical Collocator with an individual enclosure (not including a top). This enclosure is an area designated by AT&T ILLINOIS within an Eligible Structure to be used by the Physical Collocator for the sole purpose of installing, maintaining and operating the Physical Collocator-provided equipment for the purpose of Interconnection under Section 251(c)(2) and access to 251(c)(3) UNEs. Accordingly, AT&T ILLINOIS will not provide the Physical Collocator with direct access to AT&T ILLINOIS’ MDF, with the exception of the AT&T ILLINOIS’ AIS Tier 1. 5.3.2.2 AT&T ILLINOIS will provide floor space, floor space site conditioning, cage common systems materials, cage preparation, and safety and security charges in increments of one (1) square foot. For this reason, the Physical Collocator will be able to order space and a cage enclosure in amounts as small as that sufficient to house and maintain a single rack or bay of equipment (minimum of fifty (50) square feet of caged space) and will ensure that the first Physical Collocator in an AT&T ILLINOIS Premises will not be responsible for the entire cost of site preparation and security. 5.3.2.3 At the Physical Collocator’s option, the Collocator may elect to install its own enclosure, but must comply with all methods, procedures and guidelines followed by AT&T ILLINOIS in constructing such an arrangement. The Physical Collocator may provide a cage enclosure (which shall not include a top), cable rack and support structure inside the cage, lighting, receptacles, cage grounding, cage sign and door key set. In addition, terms and conditions for contractors performing cage construction activities as set forth following will apply.

Caged Physical Collocation. 40.3.1 Caged Physical Collocation allows ATTI to lease caged floor space up to a maximum of 400 square feet within each USW Wire Center, for placement of its telecommunications equipment within USW's Wire Centers for the purpose of interconnecting with USW finished services or UNEs or for cross-connects to other collocated parties. ATTI is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the cross connections required within the cage.

Caged Physical Collocation. Pathnet is solely responsible for the maintenance and repair of its equipment located within Pathnet's caged space. If two or more Co-Providers agree to a Shared Space Caged Physical Collocation arrangement, such collocators are solely responsible for any and all maintenance, security and repair arrangements necessitated by such sharing. USW assumes no liability for any damages of any kind relating to Shared Space Caged Physical Collocation or related personnel disputes among the parties to those arrangements.

Caged Physical Collocation. Caged Physical Collocation allows Pathnet to lease caged floor space approximately in 100 square foot increments, up to a maximum of 400 square feet, for placement of its telecommunications equipment within USW's Central Office for the purpose of interconnecting with USW finished services or UNEs. Pathnet is responsible for the procurement, installation and on-going maintenance of its equipment as well as the cross connections required at the appropriate cross-connect device for connecting its equipment to USW UNEs.
