Common use of Dedicated Space Use and Access Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Space Use and Access. 10.3.1 The Collocator’s employees, agents and contractors shall be permitted access to its collocated equipment seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day without a security escort. Collocator shall provide AT&T-13STATE with notice at the time of dispatch of its own employee or contractor, to an Eligible Structure and, if possible, no less than thirty (30) minutes notice for a manned structure and sixty (60) minutes notice for an unmanned structure.
