Exhibit Space. Exhibitors may not sublet, assign or apportion any part of the space allotted, nor represent, advertise or distribute literature for the product or services of any other firm or individual except as approved in writing by Show Management.
Exhibit Space. Exhibitors are accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space is assigned at the discretion of the GISA.
Exhibit Space. MH requires ARENA to provide a mutually agreeable amount of exhibit space, to include, but not be limited to, space for the display of tournament brackets, during the Region or State Tournament.
Exhibit Space. TDA reserves the right to fill at its discretion any space that remains vacant 24 hours prior to the start of the Fair or that becomes vacant during the course of the Fair.
A. Exhibitor placement within the Pavilion shall be determined by TDA based on registration date, exhibit size, theme and level of interactivity. Every effort will be made to respect the Participant’s space choices, but TDA decisions regarding exhibit and product placement are final. TDA reserves the right to transfer assignment of space when such action is deemed to be in the best interest of TDA and Pavilion visitors.
B. All signs provided by Participants must be installed in a good and workmanlike manner, free from hazardous conditions and safe for the Participants and general public.
C. Each Participant’s space must be constructed in a good and workmanlike manner and shall be maintained in an orderly, sanitary and safe condition.
D. Participants must be ready to open 10 minutes prior to the Pavilion opening daily and must coordinate staffing to ensure daily coverage through closing.
E. Participants may be urged to provide staffing during high traffic times, including holidays and game days.
F. Participants must keep individual space clean and free of hazards and are responsible for breaking down boxes and placing such items in the dumpster.
G. Sampling is only permitted in exhibit space during times approved by TDA. Motion pictures, slide projectors, music, loud speakers and public address systems may not be operated if, in the opinion of TDA, such operation interferes with or is a nuisance to any Participants or Pavilion visitors. All programs and presentations must use the sound system provided by TDA, unless prior written arrangements are made with TDA at least three weeks before the program. TDA has sole discretion regarding the use of the Public Address System for announcements and reminders.

Exhibit Space. GALA agrees to provide to Exhibitor for its exclusive use during the conference an exhibit space of approximately 3x2 meters with reasonable access to electric power and one (1) typical rectangular conference table, and two (2) chairs. Location of Exhibitor’s space shall ultimately be determined at the sole discretion of GALA; GALA will work to accommodate exhibitor’s preferences. Exhibitor may not exceed the allocated space by placing signage, furnishings, or other items outside its assigned space.
Exhibit Space. If approved by WEF, the Exhibit Space shall be used solely by the Exhibitor whose name appears on this Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract. The Exhibitor will not sublet or assign any portion of same or share the Exhibit Space allotted with another Exhibitor, individual, business, or firm. Exhibit Space is assigned after a completed Exhibit Space Reservation and Contract is received by WEF. Space is assigned on a date-received basis. WEF reserves the right to assign, designate or change Exhibit Space locations. WEF reserves the right to reassign exhibit space and to modify the floor plan. All invoices due to WEF must be paid prior to the assignment or occupation of exhibit space or exhibitor demonstrations. If, during the Event, the Exhibitor is in violation of this License, WEF has, at any time, the right to regain the immediate possession of any Exhibit Space. Further, WEF reserves the right to this License and to determine eligibility of any company or product for inclusion in this Event. WEF does not guarantee any specific result including but not limited to any specific number of leads, sales, visits, views, or any form of interaction with the exhibit as a result of this License, exhibiting at the WEF Collection Systems Conference and Stormwater Summit. A lack of engagement with an exhibitor’s exhibit will not be grounds for any form of refund or compensation. WEF reserves the right to assign, designate or change Exhibit Space locations. The aisles belong to WEF unless otherwise noted. Neither exhibits nor advertising material will be permitted to protrude into the aisles. End cap Exhibit Space is not permitted as the back wall blocks the line of sight to other in-line Exhibit Spaces in the same aisle. WEF reserves the right to control and prohibit any disturbing noises produced by an Exhibitor. Any unfinished portion of an Exhibit Space must be draped at the expense of the Exhibitor. Carpet and/or alternative floor covering is required in all Exhibit Spaces. The carpet or floor covering must fill the full dimensions of the Exhibit Space. Carpet will be installed by WEF at the Exhibitor’s expense if the Exhibit Space is without carpeting and/or alternate floor covering on or before 4:30 pm, Tuesday, June 27, 2023.
