Common use of Dedication and Commitment Clause in Contracts

Dedication and Commitment. (i) Subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth in the Agreement and the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, Producer has exclusively dedicated the Dedicated Properties to Gatherer for the performance of the Services under the Agreement and commits to deliver to Gatherer on account of Shipper, as and when produced, all Dedicated Crude Oil into the Gathering System for the performance of the Services under the Agreement.

Dedication and Commitment. (i) Subject to the exceptions, exclusions and reservations set forth in the Agreement and the other terms and conditions of the Agreement, Producer has exclusively dedicated the Dedicated Properties to Gatherer for the performance of the Services under the Agreement and commits to deliver to Gatherer on account of Shipper, as and when produced, all Dedicated Crude Oil Gas into the Gathering System Facilities for the performance of the Services under the Agreement.
