Common use of Dedication of Facilities Clause in Contracts

Dedication of Facilities. No undertaking by one Party to the other Party under this Agreement shall constitute the dedication of the electric system or any portion thereof by the undertaking Party to the public or to the other Party, and it is understood and agreed that any such undertaking under any provision of this Agreement by a Party shall cease upon the termination of such Party's obligations under this Agreement.
