Dedications, Reservations and Conditions of Development. The portions of Property to be reserved or dedicated for public purposes pursuant to this Agreement, if any, shall be that property described in the Project Approvals. Unless otherwise indicated herein, the property described in the Project Approvals to be reserved or dedicated for public use shall be dedicated by E&B as provided in the Project Approvals. The City shall take such actions as may be necessary to vacate any prior dedications, offers to dedicate and grants of easements that are no longer necessary for the development of the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
