Deductibles and Self-Insured Retention. The Architect shall inform the District in writing if any deductibles or self-insured retention exceeds $25,000. At the option of the District, either: 2.1. The District can accept the higher deductible; or 2.2. The Architect’s insurer shall reduce or eliminate the deductibles or self-insured retention as respects the District, its officers, officials, employees and volunteers.
