Deductibles, Coinsurance Penalties, & Self. Insured Retention - Contractor may maintain reasonable and customary deductibles, subject to approval by the City of Xxxxx. Contractor shall agree to be fully and solely responsible for any costs or expenses as a result of a coverage deductible, coinsurance penalty, or self-insured retention.
