Deduction Not Covered by Agency Shop. The County shall deduct, once each regular pay period, the amount of the Union’s regular and periodic dues as may be specified by the Union under the authority of an applicable authorization form signed and dated by the employee. Upon withdrawal of the authorization, deduction made pursuant to this Agreement shall cease according to County procedure.
