Deduction of Representation Fee. In implementing the provisions of 1.3.1 above, the following shall apply: a. All representation fees and dues shall be through payroll deduction. b. Once a part-time academic employee has had deductions taken, any deductions in subsequent quarters shall automatically begin with the first pay period.
