Deduction or Withholding; Tax Receipts. If the Borrower makes any payment hereunder in respect of which it is required by law to make any deduction or withholding, it shall pay the full amount to be deducted or withheld to the relevant taxation or other authority within the time allowed for such payment under applicable law and promptly thereafter shall furnish to the Bank an original or certified copy of a receipt evidencing payment thereof, together with such other information and documents as the Bank may reasonably request.
