Common use of Deduction Payments Clause in Contracts

Deduction Payments. Pursuant to a deduction authorization, the Board shall deduct one-eighteenth (1/18) of the total dues from the regular salary check of the employee who is paid every two (2) weeks beginning with the first pay period in September and continuing for eighteen (18) consecutive pay periods. The Board shall deduct one-ninth (1/9) of the total dues from the regular salary check for each employee who is paid monthly beginning with the September pay period and continuing for nine (9) consecutive months.
