Deductions to be Remitted. (a) Deductions shall be made from the payroll each month for a flat rate and each pay for a percentage rate. The dues shall be remitted monthly to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Local Union no later than the fifteenth (15th) day of the month following, accompanied by a list of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made as well as indicating their regular wages. The Local Union shall keep the Employer advised of the name and address of its Secretary-Treasurer.
