Common use of DEED AND POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to the premises to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Warranty Deed and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided on or before February 28, 2023.

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to the said premises to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Warranty Trustee’s Deed and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided provided, on or before February 28July 21, 20232022, subject to the rights of the tenant in possession pursuant to a lease agreement (see Section 15.K. of this Contract).

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to the premises to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Warranty Deed and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided on or before February 28April 5, 20232024.
