Common use of DEED AND POSSESSION Clause in Contracts

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to said premises to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Trustee’s Deeds and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided, on or before November 1, 2022, subject to the rights of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the farm tenant in possession. Seller shall terminate the current farm lease effective at the end of the 2022 crop year.

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to said premises real estate to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Trustee’s Deeds 's Deed, and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided, on or before November 1the 21st day of July, 2022, subject to the rights of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the farm tenant in possession. Seller , which shall terminate the current farm lease effective at the end of the 2022 crop yearon February 28, 2023.

DEED AND POSSESSION. Possession is subject to the rights of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the farm tenant in possession. Seller shall terminate the current 2024 farm lease effective that will be assigned to Buyer at the end of the 2022 crop yearclosing.

DEED AND POSSESSION. Seller will cause fee simple title to said the premises to be conveyed to Buyer, or to such party as Buyer may direct, by Trustee’s Deeds Deed and shall deliver possession to Buyer upon payment being made as herein provided, provided on or before November 1December 12, 20222024, subject to the rights of Xxxxx Xxxxxx, the farm tenant in possession. Seller shall terminate the current farm lease effective at the end of the 2022 crop yearas set forth in Section 12.J. below.
