Common use of Deed of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable Corporation or Trustee’s Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer or Buyer's nominee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter), to be held by the Seller's attorneys, and to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's compliance with the terms of this Contract.

Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable Corporation or Trustee’s Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the Property Premises to Buyer or Buyer's nominee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter)exceptions permitted herein, to be held by the Seller's attorneysattorney as escrow agent, and to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's Buyers' compliance with the terms of this ContractAgreement.

As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable Corporation or Trustee’s Special Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the Property Real Estate to Buyer or Buyer's its nominee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter), to be held by the Seller's attorneys, and hereinafter defined) to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's compliance with the terms of this Contract.
