Common use of Deeds Clause in Contracts

Deeds. A (i) Special Warranty Deed, (ii) Limited Warranty Deed, (iii) Grant Deed, or (iv) Bargain and Sale Deed with Covenants Against Grantor’s Acts, as applicable, for each of the self storage facilities comprising the Property (collectively, the “Deeds”) conveying the Land and the Improvements to Purchaser, in the forms attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B”, subject only to the Permitted Encumbrances. The description of the Land provided with the Surveys shall be the legal description used in the Deeds.
