Common use of Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65 Clause in Contracts

Deemed Compliance with Proposition 65. The Parties agree that compliance by Advantus with this Settlement Agreement constitutes compliance with Proposition 65 with respect to exposure to DIDP from use of the Products.
