Common use of Deemed Denial for Purposes of Review Clause in Contracts

Deemed Denial for Purposes of Review. If a Claim is not granted and if, despite the provisions of (1) and (2) above, notice of the denial of a Claim is not furnished within the time limit applicable under (1) above, then the Claimant may deem such Claim denied and may request a review of such deemed denial pursuant to the provisions of Section 11.7.
