Common use of Deemed Loan Debt Clause in Contracts

Deemed Loan Debt. 1.1 For rented schemes Grant Recipients must apportion Deemed Loan Debt in the same way as they apportion FSG between individual units (see Part 2B of this Annex 3). 1.2 For shared ownership schemes Deemed Loan Debt is apportioned according to the market values of the dwellings at practical completion of the scheme.
