Common use of Deemed Non-Consent Clause in Contracts

Deemed Non-Consent. If the Agent delivers a written notice to a Lender requesting advice from such Lender as to whether it consents or objects to any matter in connection with the Loan Documents, then, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, if such Lender does not deliver to the Agent its written consent or objection to such matter within fifteen (15) Business Days of the delivery of such written notice by the Agent to such Lender, such Lender shall be deemed not to have consented thereto upon the expiry of such fifteen (15) Business Day period.

Deemed Non-Consent. If the Agent delivers a written notice to a Lender requesting advice from such Lender as to whether it consents or objects to any matter in connection with the Loan Documents, then, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, if such Lender does not deliver to the Agent its written consent or objection to such matter within fifteen (15) Business the time period referenced in such notice, or if no such period is referenced therein, within 10 Banking Days of the delivery of such written notice by the Agent to such Lender, such Lender shall will be deemed not to have consented thereto upon the expiry of such fifteen (15) Business Day period.

If the Agent delivers a written notice to a Lender requesting advice from such Lender as to whether it consents or objects to any matter in connection with the Loan Documents, then, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, if such Lender does not deliver to the Agent its written consent or objection to such matter within fifteen (15) Business 7 Banking Days of the delivery of such written notice by the Agent to such Lender, such Lender shall will be deemed not to have consented thereto upon the expiry of such fifteen (15) Business 7 Banking Day period.

If Unless otherwise specifically dealt with in this Agreement, in the event the Agent delivers a written notice to a Lender requesting advice from such Lender as to whether it consents or objects to any matter in connection with the Loan Documents, then, except as otherwise expressly provided herein, if such Lender does not deliver to the Agent its written consent or objection to such matter within fifteen twenty (1520) Business Days of the delivery of such written notice by the Agent to such Lender, such Lender shall be deemed not to have consented refused its consent thereto upon the expiry of such fifteen twenty (1520) Business Day period.
