Notification of Non-payment. The Global Agent shall forthwith notify Freddie Mac by facsimile, e-mail or other rapid means of communication if it has not received the full amount for any payment due in respect of the Notes on the date such payment is due. The Global Agent shall have no liability, responsibility, duty or obligation to any Holder or beneficial owner of Notes to take any action against Issuer in the event that Issuer fails to make available funds sufficient to pay amounts due and payable and owing to any Holder on any Payment Date. The Global Agent shall give issuance instructions to DTC in accordance with DTC’s procedures.
Notification of Non-payment the Fiscal Agent shall forthwith notify by e-mail each of the other Agents and the Issuer if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

The Issuing and Principal Paying Agent shall forthwith notify by fax each of the other Agents, the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Trustee if it has not received the amount referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive such amount or it has already notified such persons pursuant to Clause 4.3.

The Global Agent shall forthwith notify the Issuer by facsimile, e-mail or other rapid means of communication if it has not received the full amount for any payment due in respect of the Notes on the Remittance Date. The Global Agent shall have no liability, responsibility, duty or obligation to any Holder or Beneficial Owner of Notes to take any action against the Issuer in the event the Issuer fails to make available funds sufficient to pay amounts due and payable and owing to any Holder or Beneficial Owner on any Payment Date.
Notification of Non-payment. The Fiscal Agent will forthwith notify each other Paying Agent and the Company if the Fiscal Agent has not by the due date for any payment due in respect of the Notes received the full amount so payable on such date.
Notification of Non-payment use its reasonable endeavours to procure that the Principal Paying Agent notifies the Note Trustee forthwith in the event that it does not, on or before the due date for payment in respect of the Notes or any of them, receive unconditionally the full amount in the relevant currency of the moneys payable on such due date on all such Notes;

The Fiscal Agent will as soon a reasonably practicable notify each of the other Paying Agents and the Issuer if it has not by the due date for any payment due in respect of the Bonds received the full amount so payable on such date by the time specified for its receipt received the amount referred to in sub-Clause 4.1. The Fiscal Agent shall as soon a reasonably practicable notify each of the Paying Agent and the Issuer if it has not received the confirmation referred to in Clause 4.1 by the time specified for its receipt, unless it is satisfied that it will receive the amount referred to in Clause 4.1.
