A Notice is deemed given if: (i) personally delivered, upon delivery; (ii) posted to an address in Australia, three (3) days after posting; (iii) sent by facsimile, on the next day after being sent if following transmission the sender receives a transmission report indicating that the facsimile was sent to the addressee’s facsimile number.
