Default Award; No Requirement to Seek an Order Compelling Arbitration. The arbitrator may enter a default award against any person or entity who fails to appear at the hearing, provided that: (1) said person or entity received actual notice of the hearing; and (2) the complaining party has a proof of service for the absent person or entity.
