Common use of Default by Agency Clause in Contracts

Default by Agency. Agency will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. Agency fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2. Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency. Agency will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. : Agency fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2. or Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency. Agency will shall be in default under this Contract Price Agreement if: 14.4.1. i. Agency fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this ContractPrice Agreement, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 thirty (30) calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2ii. Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this ContractPrice Agreement, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 thirty (30) calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency. Agency will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. Agency fails to pay Contractor Consultant any amount required pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after ContractorConsultant’s notice or such longer period as Contractor Consultant may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2. Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after ContractorConsultant’s notice or such longer period as Contractor Consultant may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency. Agency will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.100.0.0. Agency Xxxxxx fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.200.0.0. Agency Xxxxxx commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Agency fails to pay Contractor Consultant any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after ContractorConsultant’s notice or such longer period as Contractor Consultant may specify in such notice; or 14.4.215.4.2. Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after ContractorConsultant’s notice or such longer period as Contractor Consultant may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency. Agency will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. Default by Agency. Agency will shall be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. 13.2.1 Agency fails to pay Contractor any undisputed amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and Agency fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar thirty (30) business days after delivery of Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2. Agency commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Default by Agency.
