Common use of Default by OPRD Clause in Contracts

Default by OPRD. OPRD will be in default under this Contract if: 14.4.1. OPRD fails to pay Contractor any amount pursuant to the terms of this Contract, and OPRD fails to cure such failure within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice; or 14.4.2. OPRD commits any material breach or default of any covenant, warranty, or obligation under this Contract, and such breach or default is not cured within 30 calendar days after Contractor’s notice or such longer period as Contractor may specify in such notice.

Default by OPRD.
