DEFAULT, CURE AND TERMINATION. A. The Contract shall remain in force for the Initial Contract Term or any Renewal Contract Term(s) and until APS determines that all of the following requirements and conditions have been satisfactorily met: APS has accepted the Work, and thereafter until the Contractor has met all requirements and conditions relating to the Work under the Contract Documents, including warranty and guarantee periods. However, APS shall have the right to terminate this Contract sooner if the Contractor is in breach or default or has failed to perform satisfactorily the Work required, as determined by APS in its discretion, or for the convenience of APS as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
