DEFAULT DIMINISHES RELIEF. Entitlement to relief from the effects of an occurrence of force majeure is diminished to the extent that the delay did or will result from the affected party’s default unrelated to the occurrence, in which case and to that extent the other party’s normal remedies and the affected party’s obligations would apply undiminished.
