Default in Other Terms and Conditions. Any Obligor shall fail to perform, observe or comply with any term, covenant or agreement contained in this Agreement or any other Loan Document on its part to be performed, observed or complied with and not specifically dealt with in this Section 16.1 and such failure shall remain unremedied for a period of thirty (30) days following notice thereof by the Administrative Agent to the relevant Obligor; or
