Failure to Insure. If Tenant fails to maintain any insurance which Tenant is required to maintain pursuant to this Article X, Tenant shall be liable to Landlord for any loss or cost resulting from such failure to maintain. Tenant may not self-insure against any risks required to be covered by insurance without Landlord's prior written consent.

Failure to Insure. If at any time LESSEE fails to maintain insurance in compliance with this Article 17, LESSOR will be entitled but not bound to do any of the following (without prejudice to any other rights which it may have under this Lease by reason of such failure): (a) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain substitute insurance or otherwise remedy such failure in any reasonable manner (and LESSEE will upon demand reimburse LESSOR in full for any amount so expended in that connection); or (b) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or (as the case may be), proceed to and remain at any airport designated by LESSOR.
Failure to Insure. If Lessee fails to maintain the Insurances in compliance with this Agreement, each of the Indemnitees will be entitled but not bound, (without prejudice to any other rights of Lessor under this Agreement):- (a) to pay the premiums due or to effect and maintain insurances satisfactory to it or otherwise remedy Lessee's failure in such manner (including, without limitation to effect and maintain an "owner's interest" policy) as it considers appropriate. Any sums so expended by it will become immediately due and payable by Lessee to Lessor together with interest thereon at the rate specified in Clause 5.11, from the date of expenditure by it up to the date of reimbursement by Lessee; and (b) at any time while such failure is continuing to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport or to proceed to and remain at any airport designated by it until the failure is remedied to its satisfaction.
Failure to Insure. Failure on the part of the Service Provider or subcontractor to procure or maintain policies providing the required coverages, conditions, and minimum limits shall constitute a material breach of Agreement upon which Thornton may immediately terminate this Agreement, or at its discretion, Thornton may procure, or renew any such policy, or any extended reporting period thereto, and may pay any and all premiums in connection therewith, and all monies so paid by Thornton shall be repaid by Service Provider to Thornton upon demand, or Thornton may offset the cost of the premiums against any monies due to Service Provider from Thornton.

Failure to Insure. If at any time Lessee fails to maintain in full force and effect insurances in compliance with any provision of this Clause 14, Lessor and any Lender shall be entitled but not bound (without prejudice to any other rights that it may have or acquire under this Agreement by reason of such failure): (i) to pay any premiums due or to effect or maintain insurances in accordance with the provisions hereunder satisfactory to it or otherwise remedy such failure in such manner as it considers appropriate (including, without limitation to effect and maintain an “owner’s interest” policy), and Lessee shall promptly reimburse Lessor or Lender, as the case may be, together with interest thereon from the date of expenditure by it up to the date of reimbursement by Lessee; and/or (ii) at any time while such failure is continuing, to require the Aircraft to remain at any airport, or to proceed to and remain at any airport designated by it until such failure is remedied.
Failure to Insure. 5.1 If the Facility Manager shall fail to effect and keep in force the insurance for which it is responsible pursuant hereto, Authority shall have the option to keep in force any such insurance, and pay such premium and recover the costs thereof from the Facility Manager.

Failure to Insure. Failure to insure shall not relieve the Feed-in Approval Holder of its obligations to maintain the insurance coverage described herein, nor shall failure to obtain or maintain such insurances relieve, or in any way reduce, any obligation or liability imposed on the Feed-in Approval Holder elsewhere in this Agreement. Failure to Insure. 3.1 The Supplier shall not take any action or fail to take any action or (insofar as is reasonably within its power) permit anything to occur in relation to it which would entitle any insurer to refuse to pay any claim under any of the Insurances. 3.2 Where the Supplier has failed to purchase any of the Insurances or maintain any of the Insurances in full force and effect, the Authority may elect (but shall not be obliged) following written notice to the Supplier to purchase the relevant Insurances, and the Authority shall be entitled to recover the reasonable premium and other reasonable costs incurred in connection therewith as a debt due from the Supplier.
