Common use of Default Requirements Clause in Contracts

Default Requirements. If no Insurance Requirements are identified, Provider will obtain and maintain adequate liability (including with respect to provision of services), automobile, workers’ compensation, cybersecurity, unemployment compensation, disability or other types of insurance required by law or as is common practice for similar service providers in the industry, including coverage for any Customer Materials under the custody or control of Provider.
