All Sidekick Services End Users shall at minimum allow VPN access to the Sidekick Data via the Virtual Private Network (“VPN”) and access described in Section 4.14.1 of the Agreement. All Sidekick Data collected under this subsection shall be cached temporarily for analysis by VECTRA.
