Default, Termination and Warranties. AmericaTowne shall have the exclusive right to terminate this Agreement and all rights granted the Licensee hereunder, without affording the Licensee any opportunity to cure any default (subject to any laws to the contrary, where other law shall prevail), effective upon receipt of notice by the Licensee, upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
