Criminal Conviction. If the Franchisee is convicted of a felony, a crime involving moral turpitude, or any crime or offense that is reasonably likely, in the sole opinion of the Franchisor, to materially and unfavorably affect the Licensed Methods, Marks, goodwill or reputation thereof;

Criminal Conviction. A member of Contractor's attorney or investigator staff has been convicted of a crime punishable by a term of incarceration of one or more years or involving moral turpitude.

If the Licensee or any of its corporate designees, managers, officers, directors or financial officers is convicted of a felony, a crime involving moral turpitude, or any crime or offense that is reasonably likely, in the sole opinion of AmericaTowne, to materially and unfavorably affect the Licensed Methods, goodwill or reputation thereof;
Criminal Conviction.
30.6.1 An employee shall notify, in writing, the appointing authority of a criminal drug statute conviction within five (5) calendar days of conviction. Failure to do so shall subject the employee to discipline up to and including discharge in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
30.6.2 An appointing authority shall, within ten (10) calendar days of receiving notice of conviction, provide written notice of such conviction, including employee position title, to every grant officer or other designee on whose grant activity the convicted employee was working, unless a federal agency has designated a central point for the receipt of such notification. Notification shall include the identification number for each of the federal agency's affected grants.
Criminal Conviction. An attorney or investigator performing services under this contract, or a person with responsibilities for the administration of this contract has been convicted of a crime.
Criminal Conviction. In the event the Contractor, an officer of the Contractor, or an owner of a 25% or greater share of the Contractor, is convicted of a criminal offense incident to the application for or performance of a State, public or private contract or subcontract; or convicted of a criminal offense including but not limited to any of the following: embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records, receiving stolen property, attempting to influence a public employee to breach the ethical conduct standards for State of Michigan employees; convicted under State or federal antitrust statutes; or convicted of any other criminal offense which in the sole discretion of the State, reflects upon the contractor’s business integrity, the State may cancel this contract.

If Franchisee (or any of its Bound Parties, as defined in Section 20.1) is convicted of a felony, a crime involving moral turpitude, or any crime or offense reasonably likely, in the sole opinion of Franchisor, to materially and unfavorably affect the Licensed Methods, Marks, and associated goodwill and reputation;

You are convicted of (or plead nolo contendere to) (i) a felony (other than a traffic violation); (ii) a crime involving fraud, misappropriation, or embezzlement in connection with Your duties as an employee of UBL or its Affiliates or in the course of Your employment with UBL or its Affiliates; or (iii) any other crime which is reasonably likely to lead to negative publicity for or have a negative impact on UBL and its business.
