Common use of Default Under Other Leases Clause in Contracts

Default Under Other Leases. If the term of any lease, other than this Lease, for any space in the Building under which Tenant is now or hereafter the tenant, shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease because of any default by Tenant under such other lease, such fact shall empower Landlord, at Landlord's sole option, to terminate this Lease by notice to Tenant or to exercise any of the rights or remedies set forth in Section 17.02.

Default Under Other Leases. If the term of any lease, other than this LeaseLease (and other than a lease solely of storage space), heretofore or hereafter made by Tenant for any space in the Building under which Tenant is now or hereafter the tenant, shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease because of any default by Tenant under such other lease, lease such fact shall empower Landlord, at Landlord's sole option, to terminate this Lease by notice to Tenant or to exercise any of the rights or remedies set forth in Section 17.0215.02.

If the term of any lease, other than this Leaselease and other than any lease of storage space, heretofore or hereafter made by Tenant for any space in the Building under which Tenant is now or hereafter the tenant, shall be terminated or terminable after the making of this Lease lease because of any default Default by Tenant or any such other party under such other lease, such fact shall empower Landlord, at Landlord's ’s sole option, to terminate this Lease lease by written notice to Tenant or to exercise any of the rights or remedies set forth in Section 17.0219.
