Defective Premises. The Tenant shall do everything necessary to comply with the Defective Premises Act 1972. In particular, the Tenant shall promptly give notice to the Landlord of any defect in the Premises which may give rise to a duty of care on the Landlord under that Act, not do any act or thing which might breach any duty of care and shall display and maintain on the Premises any notices which the Landlord may reasonably require.
