Defective Work, Etc. A. Until acceptance and during the applicable guarantee period thereafter, the Contractor shall promptly, without charge, repair, correct or replace work, equipment, materials, apparatus or parts thereof which are defective, damaged or unsuitable or which in any way fail to comply with or be in strict accordance with the provisions and requirements of the Contract or applicable guarantee and shall pay to the Owner all resulting costs, expenses, losses or damages suffered by the Owner.
