Common use of Defendants’ Releases of Named Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class, and Class Counsel Clause in Contracts

Defendants’ Releases of Named Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class, and Class Counsel. Subject to § 9 below, upon the Effective Date of Settlement, Defendants absolutely and unconditionally release and forever discharge the Named Plaintiffs, the Settlement Class and Class Counsel from any and all claims relating to the institution or prosecution of the Action.
