Common use of Defendants Clause in Contracts

Defendants. a) Have developed and are using cross-system protocols or allied system agreements to coordinate services and participate in CFTs for Class members, consistent with a Memoranda of Understanding between DSHS administrations and HCA; b) Have developed and are using a mechanism to provide cross-system training and technical assistance on the implementation of CANS and WISe for agencies and providers of child-serving agencies; and c) Have provided access and services to youth jointly served by BRS and mental health agencies consistent with the WISe Program model and the Access protocol.
