Class List. The Class List will include all individuals in the Notification List, as well as any Existing Class Members identified by Plaintiffs in accordance with Section IV.E of this Agreement. 1. The Class List will contain the following columns of data points: a. Last Name‌ b. First Name‌ c. A-number‌ d. G-28 Filed e. Attorney of Record as listed on G-28 Form‌ f. I-360 Receipt Number‌ g. I-360 Status (indicates if I-360 is Pending, Denied or Revoked)‌

Class List. The term “Class List” shall mean the list prepared by City that identifies all Class Members

Class List. I hereby agree to the distribution of our names, address, email address, and phone number to the other parents of children enrolled in Lord of Life Preschool-Xxxxxxx. I hereby agree to not utilize the class list for commercial purposes. The preschool agrees to not distribute the class list for commercial purposes. I understand that I may opt out of sharing all or portions of this information by notifying the Preschool Office in writing.

Class List a. Defendant, with the assistance of any third parties as necessary, shall create a Class List, based on information within its or its agents’ or contractors’ possession, custody, or control (the “Class List”). b. The Class List shall include the names, e-mail addresses (if available), and last known mailing addresses of all Settlement Class Members. Defendant shall provide the Class List to the Settlement Administrator, with a copy to Class Counsel, within seven (7) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.

Class List. 1. VIZIO will compile a Settlement Class List. 2. VIZIO will provide the Settlement Class List to the Settlement Administrator within seven (7) days after the Preliminary Approval Date. 3. VIZIO does not have any obligation to provide the Settlement Class List to Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, or Class Counsel. 4. The Settlement Administrator will not provide a copy of the Settlement Class List to Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, or Class Counsel. 5. Contemporaneously with providing the Settlement Class List to the Settlement Administrator, VIZIO will notify Plaintiffs in writing of the total number of persons included in the Settlement Class List.

Class List. Whenever possible, one day prior to the first day of classes, all teachers will be able to access a list of those students expected to be assigned to their classes.

Class List. Within fourteen (14) days after full execution of this Agreement, Defendant shall provide the Settlement Administrator an electronic copy of any list in its possession that, to the extent possible, identifies all Persons likely to be members of the Settlement Class and any corresponding U.S. Mail and/or email addresses for each such Person. Defendant is required to provide the email and physical addresses of Class Members who voluntarily provided comScore with a valid email or physical address during the course of OSSProxy’s third party application provider installation process. Defendant is not required to provide email or physical addresses collected through the operation of OSSProxy, whether through snippet or other data collection methods, or those appearing in Defendant’s SAT tables. For potential Settlement Class Members whose physical or email addresses cannot be identified by Defendant or are otherwise invalid, the Parties and/or the Settlement Administrator shall use reasonable efforts to identify their last known mailing and email addresses from the information contained in the Class List.

Class List i. Defendants shall create a Class list, based on readily available information already within their possession (“Class List”). The Class List shall include: last known name, address, telephone number, e-mail address (if known), and Social Security number for each Settlement Class member to the extent available. The Settlement Administrator will update the Class List using the U.S. Postal Service’s database of verifiable mailing addresses and the National Change-of-Address database. ii. Defendants shall provide the Class List to the Settlement Administrator and the names of the Class Members to Class Counsel within seven (7) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.

Class List. Within fourteen (14) days after the Preliminary Approval Date, Defendants will provide to the Settlement Administrator and to Class Counsel (via a secure data transfer application) an Excel spreadsheet that includes, for each Class Member, the individual’s name, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses, to the extent such information is available in Defendants’ business records (the “Class List”). The Class List shall be designated as confidential and shall be used solely for settlement administration and for no other purpose.

Class List. The Reporter shares the group’s list with the entire class; the teacher writes them down as being shared. As each idea is shared, same ones are marked off of lists of groups who haven’t shared yet. At the end, check in with each group to be sure there isn’t something missing. (12-15 minutes) 5. The Gatekeeper gives the teacher his/her group’s chart paper so the teacher can make a formal list that is divided into what the teacher agrees to do, what the student agrees to do, and what everyone agrees to do regarding facilities and equipment.
