Class List. The Class List will include all individuals in the Notification List, as well as any Existing Class Members identified by Plaintiffs in accordance with Section IV.E of this Agreement.
1. The Class List will contain the following columns of data points:
a. Last Name b. First Name c. A-number d. G-28 Filed e. Attorney of Record as listed on G-28 Form f. I-360 Receipt Number g. I-360 Status (indicates if I-360 is Pending, Denied or Revoked)
Class List. The term “Class List” shall mean the list prepared by City that identifies all Class Members
Class List. I hereby agree to the distribution of our names, address, email address, and phone number to the other parents of children enrolled in Lord of Life Preschool-Xxxxxxx. I hereby agree to not utilize the class list for commercial purposes. The preschool agrees to not distribute the class list for commercial purposes. I understand that I may opt out of sharing all or portions of this information by notifying the Preschool Office in writing.
Class List a. Defendant, with the assistance of any third parties as necessary, shall create a Class List, based on information within its or its agents’ or contractors’ possession, custody, or control (the “Class List”).
b. The Class List shall include the names, e-mail addresses (if available), and last known mailing addresses of all Settlement Class Members. Defendant shall provide the Class List to the Settlement Administrator, with a copy to Class Counsel, within seven (7) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order.
Class List. 1. VIZIO will compile a Settlement Class List.
2. VIZIO will provide the Settlement Class List to the Settlement Administrator within seven (7) days after the Preliminary Approval Date.
3. VIZIO does not have any obligation to provide the Settlement Class List to Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, or Class Counsel.
4. The Settlement Administrator will not provide a copy of the Settlement Class List to Plaintiffs, Plaintiffs’ Counsel, or Class Counsel.
5. Contemporaneously with providing the Settlement Class List to the Settlement Administrator, VIZIO will notify Plaintiffs in writing of the total number of persons included in the Settlement Class List.
Class List. As part of sending notice of class certification to the Settlement Class, Plaintiffs provided the Settlement Administrator a list of approximately 900,000 “telephone number[s] [that] appear[] in Defendants’ records of those calls and/or the records of their third party telephone carriers or the third party telephone carriers of their call centers.” For numbers assigned to a cellular telephone, Class Counsel subpoenaed the major telephone carriers and obtained names and addresses where available. For those numbers determined to be landlines, the Settlement Administrator performed a “reverse look-up” to determine any mailing address(es) associated with those numbers. The Settlement Administrator shall update all addresses as necessary and obtain additional addresses if feasible through reasonable effort.
Class List. Class List" shall be a list of the names and last known mailing addresses of all members of the Settlement Class as identified in the summary attached as Exhibit B.
Class List. Pipeline shall provide the Settlement Administrator a list of all names, last known U.S. mail addresses, last known telephone number(s), and Social Security Number of all persons in the Settlement Class (the “Class List”) as soon as practicable, but by no later than fourteen (14) days after the execution of this Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall keep the Class List and all personal information obtained therefrom, including the identity, mailing addresses, telephone numbers, and Social Security Numbers of all persons strictly confidential. The Class List may not be used by the Settlement Administrator for any purpose other than advising specific individual Settlement Class members of their rights, mailing Settlement Payments, satisfying tax obligations, and otherwise effectuating the terms of the Settlement Agreement or the duties arising thereunder, including the provision of Notice of the Settlement.
Class List. The Reporter shares the group’s list with the entire class; the teacher writes them down as being shared. As each idea is shared, same ones are marked off of lists of groups who haven’t shared yet. At the end, check in with each group to be sure there isn’t something missing. (12-15 minutes) 5. The Gatekeeper gives the teacher his/her group’s chart paper so the teacher can make a formal list that is divided into what the teacher agrees to do, what the student agrees to do, and what everyone agrees to do regarding facilities and equipment.
