Common use of Deferral of Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Deferral of Deliveries. Purchaser may defer delivery of the Work, at any time for its own convenience, by giving Contractor written notice. Contractor will adjust its manufacturing schedules consistent with Purchaser’s deferral request. Purchaser will pay all reasonable charges and direct expenses related to the storage of such items to the extent Contractor is not able to avoid them.
