D emobilization. Contractor shall verify ownership of all tools, equipment, and materials being removed from Purchaser’s Site by preparing and submitting to Purchaser an itemized list of the tools, equipment, and materials leaving Purchaser’s Site for each individual shipment. The forms shall be signed by Contractor’s Superintendent signifying that everything listed on the form(s) as being removed from Purchaser’s Site is the property of Contractor. Contractor shall prepare sufficient copies of the form(s) to provide at minimum one (1) copy for Purchaser’s Representative and one (1) copy to be left with the security guard when leaving Purchaser’s Site. Contractor shall provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notification that tools, equipment, and materials are being readied for shipment off Purchaser’s Site. Contractor shall, prior to beginning to pack and load tools, equipment, and materials for shipment off Purchaser’s Site, contact Purchaser’s Representative to determine if Purchaser desires to be present to monitor the packing and loading process. Should Contractor fail to notify Purchaser’s Representative prior to packing and loading any shipment, thus resulting in Purchaser’s inability to verify the tools, equipment, and materials being shipped, all costs to redo the entire loading process from the beginning will be at Contractor’s expense. Purchaser retains the sole option to perform a total or partial ownership verification audit of all Contractors’ shipments leaving Purchaser’s Site.

  • Mobilization Design-Builder shall mobilize, transport and assemble its equipment, materials, and supplies, as well as construct such temporary systems as are necessary and required at the Site, all in adequate time for satisfactory performance of the Work.

  • Underutilization Underutilization of Interconnection Trunks and facilities exists when provisioned capacity of trunks in service for more than six (6) months is greater than the current need. This over-provisioning is an inefficient deployment and use of network resources and results in unnecessary costs. Those situations where more capacity exists than actual usage will be handled in the following manner: a. If a final trunk group is under seventy-five percent (75%) of CCS capacity or a high usage trunk group is under 90% of CCS capacity on a monthly average basis, for each month of any three (3) consecutive months period, either Party may request the issuance of an order to resize the trunk group, which shall be left with not less than twenty-five percent (25%) excess capacity. In all cases POI requirements and grade of service objectives shall be maintained. b. CLEC will send an ASR to CenturyLink to trigger changes to the Local Interconnection Trunk Groups based on capacity assessment.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer’s installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. The ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner must be given at least five Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.
