Common use of Deferral of Deposits Clause in Contracts

Deferral of Deposits. Notwithstanding subsections 2(a) through (c) above, Lender defers its right to require Borrower to make the monthly Replacement Reserve Deposit. Lender, however, reserves the right to require, in its reasonable discretion and upon written notice to Borrower, at any time and from time to time, that Borrower begin making the monthly Replacement Reserve Deposit upon the occurrence of any of the following events:
